Jo Grayson is a writer, Notary Public, disability advocate, and direct support provider living in Lexington, Kentucky. She lives with her husband, Donnie, her son, Thatcher, and Thatcher’s service dog, Saul. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Murray State University and Bachelor of Arts in English from Morehead State University. Currently Jo Grayson is currently a freelancer and is on the board of the Autism Society of the Bluegrass serving as their webmaster and tech guru, running their YouTube channel and helping run their Facebook page. Jo Grayson has also taught freshman level composition at Eastern Kentucky University and has been a substitute teacher in Fayette County, Kentucky and Rowan County, Kentucky. Jo Grayson is published in Inscape: Art & Literary Magazine and New Madrid: Journal of Contemporary Literature. She is working toward publishing a book, tentatively titled Nine Ball in the Corner Grave: A Memoir and starting on a new book, tentatively titled Rare: A Memoir of Genealogy and Genetics.
